Job Description

Client Interaction:

  • 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Project Coordination:

  • 1. Oversee project flow from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • 2. Review designs and materials before client delivery to maintain quality standards.
  • 3. Ensure timely updates and communication with clients regarding project progress.

Customer Service:

    • 1. Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • 2. Maintain positive and long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.
    • 3. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, identifying opportunities for upselling and business growth.
    • 4. Gather and verify project details from clients to ensure accuracy.
    • 5. Liaise between clients and the design team, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and executed.

 

Job Requirement

  • 1. Min. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration related field of study.
  • 2. Min 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing or advertising agency is added advantage. Fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
  • 3. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and BM.
  • 4. Ability to work autonomously.
  • 5. Self-motivated and proactive.
  • 6. Committed to high-quality work and Customer-centric mindset.
  • 7. Possesses own transportation to travel to client place when necessary
