Job Description
- 1. Prepare and send Import shipping documents (i.e. NOA & Invoices) to customers
- 2. Download manifest from system for preparing K4 submission to custom
- 3. Release EDO for customers’ container collection
- 4. Provide long stay shipments report to HQ
- 5. To provide details and liaise with D&D Control company for accurate D&D amount collection
- 6. To process container deposit refund
- 7. To submit monthly Final Outern Report (F.O.T) to custom
- 8. Any other ad-hoc task assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirement
- 1. Preferably Degree holder in any field or minimum Diploma holder
- 2. Possess 1-2 years of handling import/export documentation (working experience in shipping industry will be an added advantage)
- 3. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- 4. Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- 5. Self-motivated, cooperative, result and customer oriented
- 6. Able to meet deadline with good pressure tolerance
