Job Description

  • 1. Prepare and send Import shipping documents (i.e. NOA & Invoices) to customers
  • 2. Download manifest from system for preparing K4 submission to custom
  • 3. Release EDO for customers’ container collection
  • 4. Provide long stay shipments report to HQ
  • 5. To provide details and liaise with D&D Control company for accurate D&D        amount collection
  • 6. To process container deposit refund
  • 7. To submit monthly Final Outern Report (F.O.T) to custom
  • 8. Any other ad-hoc task assigned by management from time to time

 

Job Requirement

  • 1. Preferably Degree holder in any field or minimum Diploma holder
  • 2. Possess 1-2 years of handling import/export documentation (working  experience in shipping industry will be an added advantage)
  • 3. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
  • 4. Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
  • 5. Self-motivated, cooperative, result and customer oriented
  • 6. Able to meet deadline with good pressure tolerance
